In case you aren't able to sell that land quickly, you might be able to donate it to a non-profit and make your money via tax savings by claiming the assessed value as a charitable contribution on your tax return.     And furthermore, if you don't have a couple of hundred grand backing your own business you will fail or at best be that damn realtor who boasts about having 29 years of experience. Damn pathetic should be retired. Guys it's all about the funding. Don't start undercapitalized . WIth several hundred thousand and your own real estate business, you will succeed and with a team, you will work less than 25 hours a week. Shame on you Tom

    That's a bunch of horse shit. You don't have too work 7 days a week to succeed. You do have to have a significant amount of capital and backing though. That and a desire to succeed. This guys full of gloom and doom. It largely being underfunded. you want to make a 7 figure income its damn easy. just have acouple hundred thousand backing your marketing and expense plan and youll work less than 25 hrs a week on average.
