EHRC Seeks to Criminalise BNP Membership Policy

23/06/09 – The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) warns the BNP that its current membership policy is illegal, as the BNP only allows indigenous Britons to join the party. The BNP maintains that its current membership policy is legal.

The Equality and “Human Rights” Commission is headed by Trevor Phillips, a man who, in May 2008, said the BNP “should be treated as less than human”.
